Overview
Manage the ClickUp organizational hierarchy: Workspace > Space > Folder > List. Also covers views (list, board, calendar, gantt) and tags.

Error Handling
| Status | Cause | Solution |

Prerequisites
- Authorized workspace/team scope and a naming/ownership policy
- Approved hierarchy template, permission model, and cleanup/rollback route
- A staging or pilot workspace for scaffold validation
Instructions
Resolve every parent ID and permission before creating a space, folder, list, or view. Create one hierarchy in a controlled pilot, verify ownership and sharing, then promote the template in bounded batches. On a missing parent or authorization failure, stop rather than selecting a broader workspace or admin identity.
Output
Return a redacted scaffold receipt with target IDs, hierarchy/template version, owner/permission checks, created resources, validation result, and rollback decision. Do not log full task data, private views, user profiles, or tokens.
Examples
Create one staging space with the named folders and lists, verify that the expected group can access only its intended resources, then delete the pilot if the template is not approved. If a view or list lands under the wrong parent, remove it and correct the ID mapping before creating another.
